Katie Hanauer OT/L
Our Staff
Katie Hanauer graduated from Boston
University with a Master’s degree in
Occupational Therapy.  She joined the
team at SPOTS immediately following
graduation.

Katie has clinical experience in a variety
of pediatric settings, including schools,
sensory gyms, home-based ABA, and
therapeutic horseback riding.  Most
recently, Katie designed and taught an
art class to help children with special
needs to improve their social skills.  Katie
is currently working in the Manhattan
office, as well as treating elementary
school students at the Gillen Brewer
School.

During her free time, Katie enjoys
exploring her new neighborhood in
Brooklyn, spending time with friends,
reading, and searching for excuses to
travel!
