Danielle is a part-time member of the SPOTS’s team. She received a Bachelor and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Long Island University Brooklyn and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CUNY, Hunter College.

Danielle has years of experience working with students with developmental disabilities. She is skilled in providing occupational therapy support to both adults and children in settings that include clinic based centers, outpatient hospital settings, and public schools, grades K-12. She has expertise working as a paraprofessional, associate teacher and substitute teacher in various classroom settings. 

In addition to her work at SPOTS, Danielle provide occupation therapy support at a school with an integrated program for learners with neurological disabilities. She brings her expertise to SPOTS in designing activities with sensory features that promote a child’s independence, security, and paths for gaining emotional regulation.

During her free time, Danielle enjoys dancing, reading and doing yoga.
